Terms and Conditions

All bookings are subject to a 50% deposit before confirmation. Bookings cancelled with more than ten days' notice will have their deposit refunded; after this point, the deposit is non-refundable. In the event that Planet Eight needs to cancel the shoot, the deposit will always be refunded.

A discount rate of 10% off the listed price for each package is available for students and recent graduates [graduated in the last year, either from school/college or further education]. This applies only to the price of the package itself, and not to any of the optional add-ons.

Full payment is due no less than 48 hours before the start of the allotted filming time. This includes payment for the package and any add-ons, with the exception of the 'Extra Edit' which may be added and paid for after the shoot.

Planet Eight retains the full ownership of the final scene and can use the footage freely on platforms including but not limited to this website, social media, and video-sharing platforms. Additionally, Planet Eight retains the full ownership over any scripts written under the 'Bespoke Scene' add-on, which cannot be sold or reproduced without written permission.

If the actor/s are writing their own scene, this must be no longer than one-and-a-half pages in standard screenplay format, and the script must be approved by Planet Eight prior to shooting.

No raw footage will be provided to the actor/s after the shoot. In some instances, a rough cut may be made available for feedback prior to the scene being coloured, but this is entirely at the discretion of Planet Eight.
